Flags:  California and United States

1. Prepayment is required before shipping. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.
2. Make check or money order payable to SENATE RULES COMMITTEE.  We DO NOT accept credit or debit cards.
3. Flags may be picked up at the Senate Publication office at the address listed above at the pick-up price. Please call Senate Publications to set up an appointment before going to the office to purchase flags @ 916/651-1538.
4. Orders may be sent to the Senate Publications office at the above address. The flags are sent UPS so please include your STREET ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER with your order.
5. UPS next air, USPS and FedEx are available at your expense. Include your pre-paid label with your payment if you need your order expedited.

6. Yes the CA & US flags do come with a certificate stating it has been flown over the capitol.  On the order form you can indicate what date you would like to appear on the certificate.
